Prerequisites

Size and Resolution

Always upload reasonable size media files. For example, a full screen image should not be too small but very rarely needs too be any wider than 1920px. Whereas, a small photo, that acts as an icon or a small square image should not be too large, most likely500px or under wll suffice.

Aspect Ratio

Please ensure that aspect ratio of a photo roughly matches aspect ratio in which it's going to be displayed. Uploading a tall portrait photo which is displayed in a landscape mode will look very blurry and/or distorted.

Videos

Any video longer than 1-2 minutes should probably be uploaded to a streaming service such as YouTube or Vimeo and then embedded on a page.

Formats

Most mages should be .jpg/.jpeg

If an image has transparent backgrounds then it should be .png

Short videos recommended to be in .mp4

Documents can be uploaded in .pdf, .doc/.docx and some other appropriate formats are allowed.
